Smell of hops. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of hops, tar, some coffee. Wild carbon, light body.

Draught@Beer Hunters, Pori. Deep coppery black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, some slight roast, mild alcohol as well as some ripe fruits, zest and mild floral notes. Flavour is quite similar, in a rather nice balance.

Tap at Beer Hunters, Pori. Opaque black color, small off-white head. Toasted licorice aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted, licorice, hops, tobacco. Clean mouthfeel. Ok.

A deep dark IPA with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, loads of resinous piney floral hops with light chocolate notes, very balanced. In mouth, a nice fruity bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, floral hops, resinous and smooth, very nice. On tap at Olhus Helsinki.

On tap on Ølhus Oslo, Helsinki. Close to black with a beige head. Roasty and hoppy aroma with nice balance between the roasty and malty and the hoppy notes, some pine and moderate fruity. Medium sweet with a balanced bitterness and medium lenght aftertaste. Quite balanced BIPA, not the most intense or flavourful, but easy to drink and very enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of My Lucky #13 on 31 Oct 2015 at 21:44 - Score: 7

(Keg at Ølhus København, 20151031) The beer poured nearly black and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had fruitiness, citiricness, burnt malts and liquorice. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, burnt malts, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, fruity and bitter. A well done hoppy and burnt pale ale.

Draught @ Olutexpo 2015 (23.10). Poured near black with a thin off white head. Aroma had roasted malt, coffee and salty notes. Similar things in flavor, roastedness, citrus fruits, ashy notes and hops. Decent Black IPA.

Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma of roasty malts, coffee, licorice, some grassy hops and pine. Taste is smooth, salty and roasty with some licorice, coffee and hops. Finish is crisp, roasty and slightly salty. Okay.
