Premium Pilsner malt is used in this hoppy, aromatic and pleasantly bitter beer. The use of both bohemian and new world hops gives a traditional pilsner with a modern twist.

Tap at Teardrop Barzino, Oxford. Aroma has malts, sour dough, citrus. Opaque pale gold. A few small bubbles are a poor excuse for a head. Sour and citrusy. Juicy. Not what I was expecting. Finished with vegetable notes. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice despite the veg.

Keg @ Big Scary Monsters, Oxford. Clear gold, good white head. Buttery pilsner malt aroma, continuing to taste with a pleasant pilsner sweetness, gentle bitterness. Tasty.

Keg at Thirsty Meeples, Oxford, 20/04/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is pale malts, bready, fruit rinds, grass. Taste comprises bread dough, herb, grains, straw, hedgerow, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's OK... a little flabby.
