473 ml can. Nitro. Pours a very dark brown with moderate nitro/foamy tan head. Aromas of vanilla, creamy chocolate, and roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional mocha. Quite creamy. Nice enough and easy to drink.

473mL nitro can; the nitro pour mechanism did not work very well. Pours black with thick beige nitro head. Aroma has gentle roast, caramel malts, nuts. Flavour has rich chocolate, caramel, and roasted malts; a bit of burnt caramel on the finish. Mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy. Great example of an imperial stout that has a rich pastry profile without being brutal. Excellent.

Poured from 473mL can. Black with thick tan foam. Very roasty with some dark cocoa, a bit of coffee. Nitro texture, but not overly so.

Nice black body, smooth beige nitro foam on top. Smells of soft coffee, motor oil, molasses, yet not too bright. Tastes of deep fruity chewy molasses, cocoa bean, espresso, the nitro makes it smooth but it's missing that oiliness to thicken it up. ABV well hidden though and still quite enjoyable.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Black colour with creamy brown head. Big roast character, nitro smoothness, but also a bit metallic. I get it, a nitro stout on steroids, but I'm not too excited about that.

473mL can, pours jet black with a large, cascading, tan head. Nose is nice and roasty, with a nice mix of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and a little coffee. Flavour is rich and creamy, with deep roasted malt, coffee, dark cocoa, wood, and even a decent hop bite in back. Very creamy, deeply roasted mouthfeel that is too easy to drink. The nitrogenation works beautifully here. Excellent.
