Dispensary, Copenhagen. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light smooth dry sweetish malts. Mild pine. Mild spice. Tangy orange and lemon. Light dry spicy finish. Decent but lacks hop weight for a DIPA.

440ml can from the brewery. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of tropical and stone fruits with mild spiciness. Taste follows, tropical fruits, peach, peach stones, light malts, coriander seeds are pretty subtle at first but much more noticeable as it warms, giving a definite spicy finish and moderate bitter aftertaste. It’s a nice twist on an IPA but I’m not sure this style is best for coriander additions.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Bitter citrus, spice and a splash of lactose in the aroma. Flavours of bitter citrus, whisper of apricot. Spicy bitter finish. Good stuff.
