Black with a medium sized tan head that left good lacing. Cola, waxy chocolate, wood, boozy whiskey and vanilla. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

12 oz. bottle. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is milk chocolate, cinnamon, caramel, black pepper, maple, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a light, dusty bitterness. Heavy, syrupy, and smooth. Bold and tasty. Smooth and balanced.

Aromas are dark malt, toffee, with hints of roast and molasses. Flavors are similar to nose, with a little burnt sugar and a taste of vanilla. A little too sweet for me. But pretty good.

Sample at GTMW 2023, 8/12/23. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, roast, coffee. Taste is roast, chocolate, caramel, vanilla. Full bodied. No aroma notes but it was probably black. Was pretty drunk by this point.
