Bottled 9/8/22, drunk 6/16/23. Clear, mahogany, tan head quickly to ring. Nose is clean, not excessively sugary. You can pick out the adjuncts easily and the graham cracker's a bit heavy handed. Malts show caramel, vanilla, some fig and a touch of acidity. Very little bourbon, not sure I find any, honestly. But not boozey. Soft, malty, rather simplistic, sweet, not overly so. Lots of marshmallow and graham cracker, again no bourbon. No booze, syrup. It's fine, but just not elevated or remarkable whatsoever.

Bottle. A- Chocolate, char, marshmallow. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Roasty, cocoa, vanilla, subtle graham cracker. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nice stuff. Does lightly resemble a s'more. A slight touch of char helps to break the sweetness.

12oz bottle from my brother. Dark brown pour, opaque, ring of beige head. Aroma is marshmallow and graham, chocolate and late boozy notes. Marshmallow stays strong in the taste, graham chocolate and alcohol heat. Smooth, sweet, strong.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Manitowoc, 12/5/22. Near black, thini tan head, poor retention. Aroma of roast, booze, whiskey. Taste is roast, caramel, booze, whiskey, coffee, marshmallow, chocolate. A bit boozy but well balanced. Seems oddly full bodied and thin at the same time. Overall nice.

Taster pour on tap at Crafty Chameleon Bar. It’s a dark brown with finger-width tan head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong graham cracker, marshmallow and roasted malt. Taste is strong graham cracker, marshmallows, chocolate and roasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good S’mores stout.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of brown head that dissipates quickly. Vanilla aromas on the nose with warming bourbon and notes of graham present. More of the same on the palate with marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate and bourbon present. Actually nice well-rounded moutheel mid-palate, but thins on the finish. Lingering bourbon and chocolate notes.
