A powerful but balanced IPA showcasing the gorgeous New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin, paired with the equally gorgeous US hop Citra.

Double Dry-Hopped: A massive hop charge goes into the copper with even more hops in the Fermentation Vessel at the end of fermentation, and again going into chill. Juicy, tropical, zesty and easy-drinking for its strength. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined for maximum taste.

440ml can. Hazy dark orange with a big frothy off-white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, orange peel, floral. Taste of light sweet and juicy ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, orange peel, very floral, citric bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, fine carbonation. This brewery seems to have made the switch to cans and modern "craft beer" very well.

Can. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts bring a pretty mild sweetness. A little hop spice. Orange peel. Light dry finish brings a trace of fresher orange. It's tidy but its taste profile is fairly simple.
