From tap at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Aroma is strong cold coffee with espresso, notes of dark chocolate but mostly just massive grindy coffee. Flavour is mild to medium roasty bitterness, body is medium. Heavy coffee, good stuff!

Fles 33cl bij Het Refter in Zwolle. Koffiedrab, roasted malts, bitter, droog, espressozoetje, chocolade. Wat dun. Iets te koud uitgeschonken. (14-9-2019).

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 13 Feb 2019) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, dark chocolate and some ashes. Malty, roasted taste with notes of fresh coffee, dark chocolate, blueberries and a generous coffee bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, but a bit unbalanced with coffee overshadowing the rest. Quite nice, though.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Opaque black color, brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, roasted malts, chocolate, espresso, bitter. Quite nice. 8-4-8-4-17.

Gedronken tijdens bierfestival Den Bosch. Donkerbruin bier met beige schuim Aroma van hout Smaak is houtig en chocolade achtig. Nasmaak is hoppig.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een crème schuim. Het heeft een koffie achtige geur. De smaak is koffie achtig en chocolade achtig. Erg goed!

Prima bakkie koffie. Meestal is de balans zoek bij een lage abv, wordt de koffie zurig of is het bier dun. Niets van dat alles. Uitstekend
