Cheltenham Beer Week 2019.

This year's Collaboration Beer is Star Session IPA. It is an unfined 4.4% organic IPA, brewed at Stroud Brewery in collaboration with many of Gloucestershire’s finest breweries (Stroud Brewery/Battledown/Brewhouse and Kitchen (Cheltenham)/Corinium Ales/Cotswold Brewing/DEYA/Gloucester Brewery/Goffs Brewery).
The beer has a crisp flavour that is perfectly balanced with aromatic hops (El Dorado, Simcoe and Idaho 7) and dry hopped to give a rounded and very moreish session IPA (suitable for Vegans).

Many thanks again to the students of National Star for their awesome artwork.

500ml can picked up from Deya. Pours slightly hazy dark golden, white head. Aroma is peachy, floral, earthy. Taste is peachy, citrus, lemon, very floral and earthy, light hop bitterness. Light-medium body. Very easy drinking. Playing it safe this year after last year's Triple IPA and Foreign Stout, not that I blame them, it's for charity after all.
