Our second pils! This is a clean, crisp, dry hopped Pilsner with a touch of biscuit malt and Saaz hops in the whirlpool. Hallertau Blanc on a (small!) dry hop.

Tap at Deya Taproom. Hazy pale gold, small white head. Aroma is grassy, light zest and subtle vinous, malts. Taste of light citrus, grassy, slightly herbal and earthy, light malts, crisp, nice bitterness. Light-medium body and carbonation. Lovely pils, better than their first.
