Trillionaire is a spiced lebkuchen inspired stout with cinnamon and ginger. This is thick and decadent and really tastes like winter!

This beer was brewed over two full days of brewing with three mashes! No one in our team (with 54+ combined years of experience) has ever made a beer this strong in sugar from malt alone. We love these big stouts! Big on flavour like Millionaire and big in size like Wildebeest. Trillionaire has a huge amount of residual sugar and with it, loads of flavour! No lactose was used in this brew.

MALT: Barley, Oats, Rye
HOPS: Magnum
YEAST: WBC house ale yeast
OTHER: Cocoa nibs, Cinnamon, Ginger, Apricot

330ml can. Pitch black, dark brown head. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate. Taste is very spicy, loads of cinnamon, chocolate, some apricot I think, a bit boozy. Full bodied. Gods but too much cinnamon overwhelming other flavours.

Can picked up from Hoptimism webshop, Loughborough, Leicestershire UK consumed at home Friday 27th November 2020 listening to Iggy Pop and then Tom Ravenscroft on 6Music we had a Cannelloni for tea and then cheese and biscuits. Pours black with a tan head, though this soon departed. Nice aroma, dried fruits, sherry and molasses, a bit like a Christmas pudding or Dundee cake. in the flavour department there is more of the same but with chocolate and spices thrown into the mix, not getting so much apricot though? Very nice.

Black beer, initially very dark brown head which fizzles out. Aroma is like a boozy christmas cake, with the apricot strong but not overwhelming with loads of chocolate and malt. Flavour follows suit, lovely nearly-bitter apricot, loads of chocolate, malt, cinnamon, cloves. Like a thick, rich, liquid christmas cake with loads of warm booziness. I love this.
