Our core-range Pils is our take on a classic German-style Pilsner. This is the beer we drink to celebrate the end of the working day. Clean, crisp, and refreshing with bitterness balanced by bready malt character. Brewed with 100% low colour Golden Promise malt, fermented with a German lager strain and hopped with classic noble varieties. (only batches hopped with Callista so far).

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2023) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, honey and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A tasty grassy brew with bit too sweet taste

6-5-6-4-14 On tap @ What's Brewing 22, Stavanger. Pours clear pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as herbal hops with floral notes.
