Our core-range Pils is our take on a classic German-style Pilsner. This is the beer we drink to celebrate the end of the working day. Clean, crisp, and refreshing with bitterness balanced by bready malt character. Brewed with 100% low colour Golden Promise malt, fermented with a German lager strain and hopped with classic noble varieties. (only batches hopped with Callista so far).

Can from Fin, thanks! Clear light straw, small head, fantastic nose of grain and clean, earthy hops. The flavor is quite rounded and complex for a pilsner, nice mouthfeel with smooth bitterness, light malty backbone, lemony biscuit hints with earthy goodness behind it all.

44cl Blik van FoedersOnline. Callista hop. Heel licht mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Erg moutig, brood, honing, licht hoppig, licht grassig. Had van mij wat bitterder mogen zijn, komt meer in de buurt van een Helles nu. Verder prima.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden yellow with a quickly disappearing head. Nose - sweetcorn and grain. An edge of bitter endive. Taste - more of the bitter salad. Again endive, going into rocket. Palate - light bodied, very good bitterness. Overall - a truly great example of the style.

Can purchased online from Hoptimism and drunk at home. Lighy yellow/gold, clear. Not a lot of head. Lemon and hay in the aroma with bready and skunky notes. Smooth sweet taste with a light citrus bite midway through. Long balanced finish. Low to medium carbonation. It's a decent pils but doesn't blow me away.

Can at home, thanks to Dave, 01/11/20. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is pale malts, cereals, grains, light bread dough. Taste comprises grass, cereals, grains, toasted malts, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with dusty hop bitterness. Decent enough pils.
