We decide to brew an IPA but with classical lager hops like Tettnanger Hallertau and Saaz, we just add a hint of Simcoe for red fruits’s flavors to the batch. Floral and fruity flavors, slightly cold smoked hops aromas and delicate herbal touches for the bouquet.

Bottle, 6%. Citric hop aroma, perhaps a little smoke, I guess. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable chalk white head. The flavour is citric at first, also a little watery. Has a faint note of burnt plastic, that may be the smoke. Good citric finish, lemony hops. Good mouthfeel. A bit of a mess, but still enjoyable.

Cloudy amber, frothy white head. Very faint smoke. Citrus hoppy flavour, smoke appear a little stronger. Ok drinkable.

Murky orange-blond color, with generous head; pouring viscously. Mild aroma, yeasty, and if you know it you may find some smoke. The flavor is too yeasty, dirty, heavy; it has limited smoke notes.

Nice cloudy orange color with big head. Aroma is hoppy and fresh, a hint of smoke. Taste is bitter and smoky, very unusual. Dry finish, low carbonation. Not sure if one can get used to this.
