Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Fruitiness, lacto, carrot, a bit vegetal, sourish, a bit salty. Pretty nice.

ABV: 6.7%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, mango, carrots, gose yeast - gose salty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart - sourish, mango - citric, carrot, gose yeast - dough, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy moldy aroma. Light bitter salty ugly flavor. Short light bitter salty finish. Watery palate.

Can. Hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, mango, salt and fruits. Flavour is malt, mango, salt, carrot, lemon, citric, medium sweet and a little dry.

Can@ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, citrus, hops, malt, salt, mango and has a nice sour finish.

330ml can. Hazy orange with a rapidly disappearing white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango. Taste is fruity, mango, kind of earthy I assume from the carrots, salty, sour. Medium body and carbonation. Interesting fruit and vegetable combo I’ve not had before, not bad but definitely prefer fruits in my goses.
