A while ago we invited good pals Burnt Mill Brewery back to brew a new version of BIG THAW West Coast-style IPA! Dry, clean, bright and bitter, this IPA delivers piney, pithy, grapefruity goodness with doses of mango and papaya for good measure. An absolute cracker! We still think West Coast is the best coast!

440ml can. Clear golden amber, white head. Aroma of pine, resin, orange and grapefruit. Taste is initially a little sweet, very piney and resinous, grapefruit, orange and peel,quite bitter in the end. Medium body, surprisingly soft, almost creamy mouthfeel. Good stuff, even better than the original.

Can at home, watching the rain, 6th June 2020. Pours nice clear and golden. Aroma is marmalade, grapefruit, pine. Taste is pithy, grapefruit, pine, nice bitterness to it, aromatic sweetness. The West Coast is indeed the best coast
