ABV: 4.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, cucumber, salty cucumber, pickled cucumber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cucumber, salty, minerals, light pickled cucumber. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200415]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow cloudy colour. Light malty and hoppy moderate cucumber aroma. Light bitter slightly sour and salty flavor. Strong cucumber notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Strange.

Can from Hop Hooligans. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fresh cucumber, little salt, little acid, malt and notes of hops. Rich cucumber finish.

Can from Hop Hooligans. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and pickled cucumber. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. Very weird, but okay. 200320

330ml can. Hazy golden with a short-lived white head. Aroma is massive on the cucumber, very yogurt like. Taste of fresh cucumber, yogurt, good amount of salt as well. Light bodied but extremely refreshing, with prickly carbonation. Excellent use of cucumbers and reminds me fondly of Mad Hatter's Tzatziki Sour.

25/09/2019 - draught 25cl glass @Brewdog Brussels.
Clear golden, big white head. Nose is fresh cucumber, bit fruits. Taste starts salty (would've sworn I felt some salt), fresh cucumber, bit lemon, very refreshing. Somehow cucumber seems so work in beer for me, it gives a nice fresh touch. Nice gose and first Romanian!

Batch #2, 4 months old. Slightly hazy bright gold, diminishing white head. Smells of pickled cucumbers or watermelons. Similar taste - light pickle lacto, remnants of semi fermented cucumbers with a slightest hint of plant's sweetness. Pretty much it. 3,2/5.
Batch #1, fresh. Hazy golden, diminishing white head. The aroma is mild fermenting fruit (apples going cidery?), both fruity and tart. A touch of cucumber freshness you wouldn't pick if didn't know. The taste is a regular modern Gose - light fruit / apple / pear sweetness, moderate lactic / cidery tartness. The salt is definitely there, in the front end, as is the Cucumber freshness - both really gentle. Prickly carbonation. Light body, but lots of substance. Well done. 3,7/5.

Tap at Mother Kelly’s, 18th September 19. Pours a hazy orange, big head. Aroma is sea water, yeast. Taste is cucumber, yeast, citrus, a mellow finish. Really quite enjoyable
