Denna öl är baserad på vår New England Folk-IPA, som i vår version är en humlig och härligt disig öl med stor munkänsla och fruktig arom. Vi använder Citra och Columbus humle som ger friska toner av mango, lime och citrus tillsammans med klar bakgrundsbitterhet. Efter att ölet har jäst klart lägger vi till massor av mangopuré och passionfruktspuré för att förstärka friskheten och de tropiska aromerna. Doften och
smaken av tropiska frukter genomsyrar detta välbalanserade öl.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a small, rough, white head. Nose clearly has a whiff of tart passion fruit. Light body, super dry and slightly tart with obvious traces of passion fruit. Dry finish. Quite well made actually. 171022

Bottle from Lidl, Östersund. Nice fruity aroma and dry hop. Very juicy looking. Nice passionfruit and orange flavours with quite a good bitter sting in it. I'm really impressed by this for a folkis and would rate it better than most full strength NEIPAs around these days. Bloody good stuff actually- just my kind of session IPA, dry and bitter ending but fruity taste with light body.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity passion fruit hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity peachy citrus hoppy passion fruit flavor. Has a fruity passion fruit hoppy finish.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of passion-fruit, citrus, lemon, peaches and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with lemon peel, passion-fruit, pine needles, bread and a balanced citric, piney bitterness in the finish. Light body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, with lots of passion-fruit. Quite nice.
