Naam
‘What If God Was One of Us?’

Bottle from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours translucent light gold - looks like a wit - with a white head. Sourish citrus aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is actually sort of like a wit - a mildly sour one! Dry. Very lightly, very, sour. Moderately minus hoppy. Almost crisp and clean. Refreshing.

Little cloudy bright yellow beer, small creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: rather faint, slightly fruity, sweetish, lactose touch? Hint of citrus, all rather weak. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: quite some citrus and lemon juice, soft acidity, sweet ripe fruits. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, some tannins, lots of lemon juice and lemon zest, refreshing and very light. Just lacking some aroma.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Hazy milky yellow with a white head. Hoppy sour aroma. Light sour taste. Body is quite thin. Great thirst quencher but also one of the least exciting Jopen beers I've had to date

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal, about a month ago. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is light funky, light tart, lemon, very mellow, a bit saison-ish. Flavour is light, just light tart, light spicy, hint of funk, lemon, malts, lemon peel, bitter finish. Light bodied. Very mild, expected something more challenging.
