(Bottle) Golden amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apples, grass, flowers (marigold?) and birch leaves. Fruity, herbal, slightly tart taste with apples, flowers, herbs, birch leaves and sap. Medium body, mainly dry. Interesting, but a bit harsh. Quite nice.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, bubbly white head that slowly dissipates to a foamy ring and aroma of birch wood, apple, herby. Taste is leafy & woody birch, juicy apple, with some herbal bitter notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, semi-dry leafy finish. Interesting, quite drinkable.
