(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy. Flat, with brief bubbly head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of tart green apples, apple skin, apricots, oak wood and a light touch of glue. A slight oxidization. Fruity, tart and vinous taste with apples, apple skin, oak wood, citrus, white wine and a generous harshness in a dry and tart finish. Almost full body, dry. Alcohol well hidden. Generous tart Gravensteiner character on display. Nice one.
