Pale, Crystal, Brown, Black and Roasted Barley Malts provide the base, along with Charred Blue Corn Tortillas and Oats. Bittered with East Kent Goldings. Cinnamon, Hoja Santa, Fresh and Dried Fennel, Gaujillo and Pasilla Chiles, and Vanilla added to the whirlpool. Fermented with our House Ale yeast strain. Conditioned on a generous amount of Cacao Nibs. Brewed in Collaboration with Malmö Brewing Company. This beer tastes great fresh or aged in the bottle.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Craft n Draft. Pours deep brown with a frothy mocha head. Nicely rounded and smooth, with notes of cocoa, a little coffee, well roasted malts, earth, burnt cinnamon. Medium bodied, lightly creamy, with fine carbonation. Finishes with moderate bittersweet chocolate, baking cocoa, roast. Highly drinkable.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of mild spice, chocolate, licorice, earthy vanilla and cinnamon. Taste of mild chili spice, bitter chocolate, coffee, licorice, earthy vanilla and some subtle chili burn. Solid mexican stout.

Keg at craft beer co clerkenwell. Pours black, nose is burnt sugar, charcoal, liquorice, cocoa powder, taste is sweet toffee, liquorice, earthy, cumin maybe, warming chilli, burnt chocolate.
