No head; faintly veiled deeper golden beer, almost no carbonation, end of bottle solid yeast. Nice lambic/Brett/horseblanket nose with a fruity acidity superposed. Aromatic, whitecurrant, white/green grapes. Sourish, bit fruity, but also a flavour as from alternative grains/kernels. Floral, faint citrus. Yeast however gives an off-flavour, hinting at rotten fruit. Slight astringency, acidburn, feels somehow carbonated if utterly invisible. Nice nose, but the rest is a bit in minor key, certainly for a fruitlambic. Thanks to Stef!

Bottle at home, 2018 batch. Slightly opaque golden with white head. Lemon urinal cake aroma when cold, a bit more lemon and less detergent when warming a little. Taste is sharp yuzu upfront leading into a pithy grapefruit bitterness. Very bitter citrusy finish. Intriguing and unique. Love it!

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Cloin. Pours unclear gold with a bubbly, white head. Moderately sharp with nice zesty citrus notes, pale wheat, soft funk. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish, nips of lemon. Good stuff.

2019er batch. Fruity sourish lemon lambic nose. The beer starts sour fruity. Very sour and not too tart. Nice intense fruity sour. Lemon-like fruits, hints of grain with a tart sour fruity aftertaste. Crisp and clean sour, very nice balanced.

ABV: 5.5%. Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, funky, citrus, yuzu, lime, moderate yeasty, peppery, grapes, oak - leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, citrus, yuzu - lime, funk, dry, oak - leather, lime. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle split at L6 tasting, from Etre, 09/10/19. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemon tinged straw, damp wood, light piss, funk, green berry skins, orange blossom. Taste comprises light funk, grape must, stoned fruits, hay bale, grass, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidity level, balanced and in check. Good drop.
