Barley wine with only english malts, simpson as crystal malts. It is flavoured with "viol", and the idea was from tasting "polkagris" (swedish candy) and the beer will be served with polkagris on the side :)

Draft. A dark amber with a beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, and dried fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - dark amber to brown coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet and toasted malty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, dried fruit shred, medium to full bodied, touch of spice into the close.
