500 ml bottle, brew #11, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 35. Deep copper colour, fairly dark for a pale ale. Moderate head, slightly off-white. Strong aroma of piney and grapefruity American hops, also crystal malts, caramelized orange marmalade and a whiff of wood and smoke. Medium dry flavour, notes of caramel (without the sweetness), piney American hops, hints of grapefruit, reasonably bitter finish. By far the most aromatic and flavourful beer I’ve had from Stjørdalsbryggeriet, interesting and enjoyable.

Amber with a low off white head - Hoppy aroma with fruits and hints of pine - Malt body to support a Nice hop flavour that has some fruity and piney tones with nice bitterness - The hops and bitterness goes into a long finish that has some dryness in the end - Perhaps a little bit thin on the malt side, but still nice

Gylden brun, noe tåkete med to fingre høyt tykt beige skum. Middels fylde. Fruktig sødme i bakgrunnen.

Smaksprøve fra Rune. Gyldenbrun. Lavt, litt farget skum. Forsiktig fruktig aroma. Smaken litt vassen. Tørket frukt. Plommer. Blir veldig tørr etter hvert.

500ml bottle, brygg 03, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Trondheim. Fair pearl white head that stayed fine over a cloudy apricot colored body. Lacing rings down the glass. Dusty hops on the nose, mid-dry. Fruit hoppy flavours of orange, peach, and pine nicely supported by a dry bitter finish. Soft in the mouth. Successful partner to our roasted chicken food (Tromsø 12.04.2015).

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer with a dense, off-white head. The aroma has pale malts in the back, with a pleasant flowery touch and orangey hops. It tastes quite sweet, but feels dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Medium body. Floral notes, orange peel and flowers in the flavor, with some pale malts in the back. Bitter, fruity and flowery finish. An easy drinkable beer, quite refreshing. 140623
