Pours amber with gentle bubbles. The nose has tart apples. The taste is more like Apple tart. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy depth. Overall, I like this.

Bottled (Vintage 2003). Golden colour, not much head, but rather sparkling. Aroma is "bittermandel", mild farmyard, sweet apples, mild almonds, and slight spicyness. Flavour is mild farmyard, sweet apples, mild sweetish almonds, and some slight wooden notes.

Dark straw, verging on gold with a sparkle. Light soft character - simpler and more juice-like than its somewhat tannin-like aroma would indicate.

500 ml bottle, 2006 vintage. Rich aroma of caramel apples, apple pie, cinnamon. Medium to deep gold color with lace. Flavor of caramel with a burnt edge, a bit of dusty funk, some metal. Very sweet for a cider labeled “dry.” Slightly aged taste. Very rich. Interesting and somewhat complex, though a bit too sweet and desert-like. Good, but way too expensive.

Aroma of lightly tart apples and peel. Flavor is more sweet than tart but is similar to the aroma otherwise. An OK cider, but not something I would buy again.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Effervescent, golden in colour with no head. I can’t add much to what has been said below - plenty of juicy apples, a hint of vanilla, but not much character beyond this. Still a pleasant enough summer drink.

Bottle from Kidlington Sainsburys had this 05-04-08 Pours mid golden with white bubbly head, reasonably tasty cider but a touch sweet, quite crisp and good flavour but still missing something to be a very good cider.
