Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink, fruity with still lots of sweetish fruitiness. Nice mild finish, hints of sweetness with a nice and deep finish. Nice.

Süffig apfeliger Beginn, süßlich, etwas pappig. Unspannend, eher flach, reifer Apfel. Noch trinkbar. 8/7/6/8/10/8

750ml bottle with wired cork. Opened with a loud pop. Golden amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of stewed apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, cooked apple, fleshy apple, caramel, bittersweet notes, with light funk, woody, oak, vanilla and tannin. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tangy finish. Nicely drinkable

--- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Brut on 24 May 2018 at 14:24 - Score: 3

Bottle from local drinks shop. Clear yellow coloured. Nose is sweet apple, apple juice, some sugar. Flavour is sweet apple, light sulpher, apple juice, slighly dry, but not as dry as expected or would have wanted. Medium high carbonation. Nice apple flavour, but not very ’cidery’.
