330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, snow white head. Biscuity, pale malty and fruity hoppy aroma, rather unspecific, cautious fruitiness. Taste is biscuity pale malty and mildly bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, a touch of honey, lemon, seabuckthorn, some fruit acidic tartness.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation.
Homogeneous and balanced - OK.

2 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to tderoeck, 77ships, Jerre, Kevin & Anke! Clear pale golden with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of old jenever, mouldy lime, lemon peel, old bread, soap, grain, straw, iron. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apircot & yellow apple, a bit estery, backed by a medium grainy bitterness, on top of a white bready malty base, a bit yeasty, stale & old though. Dryish, grainy ifnish, lingering fruitiness & yeast. Medium body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation. Refreshing but weird beer.

@ Brugs Bierfestival, BB: n/a - (2019-195) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing todays' beers!
Clear pale blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: wow, very bad, malts up front, but then pretty sourish impression, reminding of puke, metallic impression, unpleasant, don't like this at all! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and malty start, dirty, lots of sweet malts, grains, highly unpleasant. Aftertaste: sugary, sweet, soft bitterness, pretty bad, don't like it!

Bottle at Familierestaurant het Wantij, Schiermonnikoog. Clear pale golden with massive pristine white head. Very heavily carbonated with massive lacing. Sweet malts, dry malts, a lot of lemon, some coriander, fruity, light tart and bitter notes apparently from seabuckthorn. Otherwise pretty dry grassy. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and a lot of carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Schierse Hippo on 14 Jul 2018 at 16:08 - Score: 7

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Light hazy yellow colour, white foam. Fruity nose of lemon, seabuckthorn, wheat. Taste is light tart, fruity. Maybe a bit too much carbonation but a nice refreshing summer beer.
