Sparkling cider made with Swedish varieties - Vealthy, Cox Pomona - and a small amount of crab apple. Like the first bite into a summer apple freshly picked from the tree. Prominent acidity with hints of smoke and white peach.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Straw colour, hazy when the sediment is poured. Aroma of apples, yeast, farmhouse, oak and sulphites. Flavour with the same elements, some fruity acidity. Not a favourite of mine.

750ml bottle from Beer Zoo. Sparkling, slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity pineapple, peach, apple. Taste is slightly tart apple, fleshy, peach, alittle vanilla, with hint of funk & citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry clean finish. Nicely drinkable
