On tap at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Dark gold, clear and still. Appley and tangy aroma, with boozy and metallic notes. Sweet boozy taste with and incredibly drying finish. Like 'waking up the night and gasping for water' dry. Full slightly oily body, no carbonation. Better than I have made it sound. Damn.

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, little sulphur and has a nice light sour apple finish.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo from 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival, Cheers Graham! Clear golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of sweet apples, red apple, woody, caramel. Taste is sweetish apple, apple core & skin, red apple, caramel, slight hints of wood and funk, alittle tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry lightly tart finish. Quite drinkable.
