750ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of pear and mucky funk. Taste is tart, pear, some skin, along with woody and funky notes. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart peary finish. Quite drinkable.

75cl bottle. Appearance - pale yellow, steady carbonation. Nose - light funk and pear. Apple skin and wood too. Taste - funky apple, pear and wood again. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - good. A bit wild, but good.
