12/1/2020. Sample, from bottle, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma is very light, apple, slightly woody, touch of caramel and a hint of spice. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Nice tart, crisp and dry finish. Warmed to this one but not my favourite.

750ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Vintage 2015, Batch No. 001. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, fruity, oak hints. Taste is fruity apple, fleshy, light funk, with oak barrel notes and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry fruity light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
