13/1/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of honey, touch of marzipan, sweet flowers and sweetmeal digestive biscuit. Taste is sweet, quite strange and unappealing. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Not very drinkable.

375ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Hazy yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of honey, floral, woody, spice, vanilla. Taste is honey, flowery, herbal & woody with biscuit notes, then tart, citric and spicy, boozy. Spikey mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry astringent boozy finish. OK.
