750ml bottle from Scrattings. Orange golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of muck, fleshy apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, mucky funk, woody oak, tangy & spicy with lots of drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at indy man beer con 2019. A clear deep. Golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet honey, toffee, apple, juixy. Flavour sis composed of woody apple, bark, apple light funk. Good. Palate is semi sweet, pithy, tanin. Moderate carbonation. Great.

75cl bottle. Appearance - amber to orange. Very little bubbles. Nose - stewed apple. Wood. Taste - boozy woody edge to the stewed apple this time. Light varnish. Sweet 'n' sour sauce. Palate - sweet and rich. Tangy but still sweet on the finish. Overall - a touch too sweet for me.
