Pale golden yellow with little in the way of a head.
Nose is bitter sweet apples, orchard floor, sugars, modest dusty hop notes.
Taste comprises apple skins, bitter sweet, caramel, tannins.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Okay.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 10 May 2024) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of green apples, grass, lemon and a touch of weed (the kind you can smoke). Fruity, hoppy taste with green apples, citrus, grass and fresh hops. Mild bitterness, medium acidity. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and interesting, with a fresh hop character. Quite nice.

3/10/2019. Growler sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours virtually colourless with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of fresh green hopped apple juice, with a little lemon. Moderate sweetness, medium citrus bitterness/tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sugar water apple finish, with lasting tart/sweet mix.

BIAB to growler fill from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of leather, citric. Taste is mellow, sweet, apple, with some tart citric resiny hop notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry oily hop finish. Quite drinkable
