Sample from Chappel Festival courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and woody aroma. Taste is sweet juicy, green apple, some tartness, drying with biscuity & cardboardy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Abit of oxidation evident, but quite OK.

6/9/2019. Cask at the 33rd Chappel Beer Festival. Pours almost clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple juice, light sulphur, light wood, tannins and funky notes. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Slightly dry and tart to finish. Not bad.
