[ As American Solera The Ground is Shaking! ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, berry, wine, oak, wood - oak, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, wood, wine - red wine, vinegar, sour, berries, dark fruit, barrel, oak.
