Bottle from Scrattings. Clear light gold with a brief white top. Apple skin aroma with light woodiness. Taste is tart and sweet apple juice, barnyard funk, lime peel. Medium body, fine carbonation. Nice.

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a halo of greyish head. Aroma is earthy rubber. Dry rubber. Bark. Flavour is composed of sour tangy apple, dry woody tart, rubber, bark, dry,. Palate is dry earthy, hihsih carbonation. Good.

Bladder bag at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Golden to dark orange with some white spotting atop the glass. Nose is apple peel, grass, grains, light wood. Taste comprises crisp apple, orchard wood, light tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent.

330ml bottle. Pours gold with a light mist. Woody orchard fruit aroma. Tastes clean, fairly acidic with sweet apple fruit emerging. Ok overall.

330ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, with bready notes. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, slightly tart,citric with caramel notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
