Bottle shared at Colin's place. A clear golden red coloured pour with a loose white head.. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy fruits, custard tart, pear, candied sugars.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet light tang, white sugars, pithy, tannin,. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, almost still. Nice.

750ml bottle. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of pear, solventy funk. Taste is fruity, perry pear, fleshy, sweetish, with some mellow funk and light tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity perry pear finish. Nicely drinkable.
