4/3/2023. From BIAB at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is woody, apple core, vanilla, a little musty, slight solvent, twig, hint of gooseberry. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Very dry finish. Pretty decent.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, straw. Taste is slightly sweet and tart, fruity apple, fleshy, with a hint of oak and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
