A scrumptious lightly sparkling cider, sweet and exotic, bursting with fiery ginger, small batch fermented by master cider makers. Sometimes reminiscent of Christmas or old fashioned ginger beer, but also goes perfectly well at a summer BBQ.

Available lightly sparkling in bottles or still cider in bag in boxes and party pouches.

500ml bottle from Micro Beer Crate, online. Light cloudy gold, with a small bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apple pulp with ginger. A bit ginger ale like with the sugars. Taste is gingery from the start although does not have the fierce heat from root ginger. Very sugary sweet, desert apples, brown sugar. Light to medium bodied, fairly slick, moderate carbonation. Its ok but it comes to something when the best ginger infused cider I've had to date is an Aldi brand. Come on cideries you can do better!

No head with a bubble lacing on the glass & clear gold coloured body. Ginger, apple & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, low carbonation & cloying Ginger, apple, medicinal & herbal tastes with a peppery finish. Good one.

31/12/2021. Tap at the Three Wise Monkeys, Ipswich. Pours clear dark golden with minimal head. Aroma is apple and light ginger. Medium sweet, gently tart with minimal ginger spice. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Dorset Nectar farm shop. Golden pour with a faint mist. Light ginger aroma alongside a gentle apple cider sweetness. Nice gingery influence to taste, not too strong, clean acidity with moderate carbonation. Not bad.

500ml bottle. Sparkling, bright golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of ginger, ginger ale. Taste is sweet, ginger, dessert apple, sugary, ginger ale, some tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry gingery finish. Quite OK
