500ml bottle from Thatchers shop. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, musty, sulphury hint. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, some skin and core, with light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
