330ml bottle – Pours an almost clear golden colour with a small white head that quickly settled. Aroma is apple, nutty with some woody notes. The taste light sweet medium dry, sharp apple flavours and woody tannins with a medium dry finish.

330ml bottle watching the Euros. Generally clear gold pour. Aroma presents distinctive browns apple fruit. Lightly sparkling. Clean medium feel presenting a nice Browns apple showcase, distant woody bitterness, some very light caramelised fruit. Nice.

BIAB at Cider Box, Scrumpy Pumpy Fest 2020 Bristol. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of woody oaky apple. Taste is apple, oak barrel, vanilla, buttery, formic acid hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable
