Pursuit is a gluten and lactose free version of one of our favourite beers to brew, Illicium. We believe we have successfully managed to create a doppelganger in Pursuit, which despite the lack of lactose still delivers on the sweet smoothness of it’s older sibling. Balanced with the punchy fruit flavours of the Citra and Mosaic hops to create a sweet dessert style Imperial Milkshake IPA, Pursuit is accessible to coeliacs, people with other gluten and lactose intolerance's and vegans.

Slightly hazy golden yellow, white, rough foam. Big smell of that typical WB vanillactose. Nice body, easy drinking for the ABV, real dangerous, damn smooth. Taste is heavy sweet, gallons of vanilla. I really don't know how this can be lactose free. Mad.

9/8/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, Neapolitan ice cream, slight nutty notes and yes milk bottle sweets. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Decent brew.

440ml can. Hazy golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of caramel, fudge, milky. Taste is sweet, malt, caramel, fudge, toffee, milk bottle chews, with fruity, citrus grapefruity hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Strange combinations but works for me, and gluten free, nicely drinkable.

Can from Wander Beyond online. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste remind me of those old milk bottle sweet with some citrus grapefruit. Smooth full body.
