Bottle from Scrattings. Clear dark gold, brief white top. Aroma of fruity apples and a confectionary strawberry note. Taste of fruity apple core and skin notes, wood, semi-drying, bittersweet finish. Prickly carbonation, light to medium bodied. Very good.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. 5.5%. Batch No. 19. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, some core & skin. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, with skin & core, citric with some spicy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
