750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a loud pop. Rich golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of barnyard funk, apple, fruity, caramel. Taste is mucky, barnyard funky, leathery, orchardy apple, tangy, bretty, with a caramel hint and lots of drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable
