A sweet and sharp cider blended from 3 Organically grown culinary apples from a private small holding. Originally made for our friends at the Romney Marsh Brewery and the Ales by the Rails shack at the RH&DR's Dungeness Station.
Named in sequence with the two looming Nuclear power stations Dungeness 'A' & 'B'!
:
A refreshingly light and clean cider with mellow flavours but with punchy apply bite!

6/7/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, stewed apples, and a touch of caramel. Medium sweetness and a tangy tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Nice tart finish.

500ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of sweet apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, mellow apple, light fleshy and fruity, sugary, slight caramel hint. Slightly syrupy, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet clean finish. Quite drinkable.
