Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 11/04/21. Light golden with a moderate off white cap that soon fades to nothing. Nose is apple skin, light sugars, grains, tannins, bitter sweet notes. Taste comprises cooking apples, residual sugars, light orchard fruits, icing sugar, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a little sweet for my liking.

16/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, appley, light brown sugar, touch of sweet stewed apple. Medium to heavy sweetness. Light tart, dry and tannic finish. Sweeter than I like my ciders but still a decent cider.

330ml bottle from the Newt in Somerset. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, some funk, vegetal. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, some skin and core, with tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-sweet finish with some tannin and residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.
