750ml bottle. Opened with a loud pop and a gusher out of the bottle! Hazy yellow colour, very big fizzy foamy white head and aroma of tangy apple, bretty barnyard funk. Taste is sweetish, wood barrel, orchardy apple, fruity, fleshy, a funky glue-like note, and drying with some tannin. Medium bodied, high foamy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle sitting in the garden on a sunny VE day. Picked up from the farm. A lively light hazed straw gold coloured pour with a lasting white froth head. Aroma is nice delicate florals, pollen, flowery apple, dust, some sweet sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet juicy apple, floral, hint of farmyard funk in the finish, crisp finish. Palate is semi sweet, airy frothy carbonation, crisp finish. Really grate delicate stuff.

Bottle at home, from Rad Beer, 27/03/20. Opened with a big BANG … although little was lost pouring hazed yellow to golden with a decent white cap. Nose is dusty wood, apple skins, light funk, hay bale, farmyard esters, light smoked straw. Taste comprises tarte apple, sugar glaze, bitter sweet, vinous, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid flavoursome apple joose.

Bottle at home, direct from the source, 06/07/19. Lively bottle … blew the cap across the kitchen on opening with a little gush. Lively pour follows with a hazed golden yellow and a lasting off white cap of bubbledom. Nose is dusty apples, straw, caramel, light wood, sugar dusting. Taste comprises crisp apple, light tannins, straw, apple pie, light sugars. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation but kept in check and thankfully not as intense as the opening or pour, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome and easy drinking cider.
