On tap at Floc Folkestone pale pale gold colour no head. Apple aroma. Some decent cider apple aroma and character. Some tannin. Medium cider to medium dry. A decent mix of eating apples and wild apples. Certainly interesting. Some dryness ansld sweetness on the finish at the same time.

Finely carbonated unclear pale golden coloured body. Apple, earthy & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a clean back. Apple, berry, citrus, floral & acidic tastes with a tangy finish. Quite an unusual cider but solid enough.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is vanilla, some apple, mild sugary tones. Flavour is apple, some blue cheese, and some sugary tones. Sweetish and somewhat dry.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - sweet red apple and ripe apple skin. And a little perfumed. Taste - red apple skin and juicy red apple. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy then freshly acidic. Overall - very pleasant.

440ml can: BBE May 2023. Drank in my back garden after cutting the grass for the first time this year, 3rd April 2023. Light bodied, no head, tasted of apples.

Can at home, from Cider Incider, 14/05/22. Pale translucent yellow with a short lived crown of white bubbles. Nose is apple skins, hedgerow, herb, light vanilla essence. Taste fllws bitter sweet apple, orchard wood, tannins, apple skins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close. Good refresher in the sun.

Relatively sweet with light to medium body and rounded, mildly spritzy mouthfeel. Sweet red apple, slight citric acidity and some unexpected candyinh berry notes. Low bitterness,

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, apple core. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, yellow apples, fresh apples, apple core, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220114]
